Professional Drivers Incorporated ® is not a shuttle, but a private, personalized, direct and competitively priced airport transportation service available 24 hours per day by reservation in the New England area. We use low profile full sized sedans. (Not stretch Limos.) Our rates are based on a per trip basis with seating for up to four adults at no additional charge.

Airport service is currently only available in New England.

Rates are effective April 2008 and are subject to change without notice. Due to the skyrocketing fuel prices, fuel surcharges may be added. All other towns and cities served: Rates on request. The above rates DO Not include gratuities for the driver. Customarily 20% should be added.

All rates are door to door from either your home or office and include up to 4 adults. No shows will be charged the full rate. Changes to reservations must be made at least 2 hours in advance. Waiting time will be charged if the above is not adhered to.

Pick Up Information

All international passengers arriving directly from outside the United States and its possessions will arrive at the international arrivals area in terminal E. This includes all American flag carriers, all foreign flag carriers, and all charter flights. (It does not matter from which terminal you depart).

Your Driver will be carrying a sign with YOUR name on it.
Please look for your driver in the following area:

We will be waiting for you after you have obtained your luggage and cleared Customs & Immigration. Our usual position is in front of the exit doors after you leave the security area. If you have difficulty, or do not see your driver, please go to the Massport Information Booth, located directly across from the Customs area. They can page us or we will page you from there. Do not leave the building. If you go outside, we will not be able to find you, causing further delays.

Curbside pick up is available with advanced notice.
Please ask your driver or call the office.

Please read and keep this information handy. We are different than the rest of the other limousine services we meet all our clients inside the terminals!

Your driver will be carrying a sign with YOUR name on it.

Please look for your driver in the following areas:

Terminal A

Delta / Delta Express
Delta Shuttle

In the main baggage claim area on level one.

Continental

In the main baggage claim area on level one.

Terminal B

Alaska Airlines.

In the main baggage area of US Air.

Air Canada / Jaz

In the main baggage area of US Air.

American Airlines / American Eagle.

In the main baggage claim area in front of the baggage service desk at the foot of the escalator/stairs.

America West.

As you exit the security area upper level.

Spirit Air.

In the main baggage claim area.

US Airways/ Express/ Shuttle.

In the main baggage area of US Air at the foot of the escalator/stairs.

Terminal C

AirTran, Cape Air, Jazz, Jet Blue, Midwest, United / United Express

At the foot of the escalator/stairs before the baggage claim area.

Terminal E

Northwest,
Domestic arrivals only.

Will be met downstairs, in the baggage claim area.

Pick Up Information

 

If you are arriving on Air Canada, Continental, Delta, Northwest or United (Gates 1-7): your driver will be in the baggage claim area around the baggage carousel.

If you are arriving on Southwest or US Air (Gates 8-15): your driver will be at the foot of the escalator/stairs before the baggage claim area.

Your Driver will be carrying a sign with YOUR name on it.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

While Professional Drivers Incorporated ® enjoys a 99% on time performance record we are aware that delays may occur. If this should happen or if you have difficulty finding your driver, REMAIN inside the terminal. We allow 2 hours travel time to insure your on-time pickup. IF your flight is late we will know about it. IF your flight is delayed, canceled, or diverted by extreme weather conditions or you miss the flight or connection YOU must call our office immediately. Your failure to do this will incur additional charges and may result in you NOT being picked up.

If you need to call us, our phones are answered 24 hours a day. Please be prepared to leave a detailed message. Our on call person will return all long distance calls. If you are calling from a pay phone, please make sure it will take incoming calls and you will be there in a minimum of 30 minutes. (If you are calling from an international number please leave country and city codes.) If not, please leave a number where we can leave a message that you can retrieve. (Home, answering machine, relatives, office, voice mail, or cellular phone).
