Airline Delays:

The Professional Drivers Incorporated® computer system allows us to monitor most airline operations.  If your plane is delayed, we will know about it and will be there to pick you up no matter to what time your flight arrival is rescheduled.  If, however, your plane is canceled or you miss the flight, it will be YOUR responsibility to notify our office immediately.  If we do not hear from you at least 2 hours prior to your originally scheduled arrival time, you will incur additional charges.

Payments:

Professional Drivers Incorporated® accepts payments in cash, check (personal or company), Master Card and Visa

Billing is available for credit approved commercial accounts.

Hours of Operation:

Professional Drivers Incorporated® operates 24 hours per day by reservations only.  (Thanksgiving and Christmas excluded.)  Our phones are answered 24 hours every day either by our office staff or answering service.

Operational Information:

We plan to have you at the airport at least 1 hour (2 hours for international flights) prior to your scheduled departure time.  Professional Drivers cannot be held responsible for traffic or weather delays.

While every attempt will be made to return lost items, we cannot be held responsible for personal belongings left in our vehicles.

 

As it is safety first, Professional Drivers will not operate under unsafe operating conditions.
